We have two roles for our volunteers: Point of Contact (POC) and Chapter Leader.
A POC serves as a "contact person" for us in their community. When we have an upcoming activity or need for a volunteer, we will let you know! A POC is not obligated to say "yes," but is willing to receive the request.
Your basic role is “organizer” and advocate. You’ll also be expected to train and motivate your members. Basic computer and social media skills are necessary in order to communicate effectively with our leadership and your members. Chapter Leaders start out hosting an "Our Sacred Honor" party and monitor a chapter email account.
Absolutely not! Many of our grassroots leaders are new to political activity. Real change is going to happen in our local communities, not in Washington, DC. American citizens like you are raising their hands to get involved and make a difference. Anyone, 18 years or older, can sign up to be a chapter leader - soccer moms, teachers, retired grandparents, construction workers, unemployed job seekers, manufacturing workers, business owners, farmers…well, you get the idea! Sign up today – you’ll fit right in!
It’s easy – sign up and we’ll be in touch!
We recommend you launch your chapter by hosting an “Our Sacred Honor” party. All you need are three or four like-minded people to get started. Sign up here for an "Our Sacred Honor” Party or start with another activity.
No - how often you meet is your decision. Some chapters meet every week, while others get together only for special events and activities.
Our national staff will work with you to create an email account for your chapter.
Promote your chapter everywhere you go. Let folks know what you’re doing and encourage them to get off the sidelines and get engaged.

Once you sign up, our staff will contact you to confirm basic information and we'll send you a Chapter Leader Kit which includes an official Chapter Certificate, handbook, t-shirt, “Our Sacred Honor” DVD with discussion guide, signs, stickers, and literature.
When you sign up, we'll connect you with your state leadership so they can help guide you. In addition, our national grassroots staff is available if you have questions. Email us with your questions!
Most of our recommended grassroots activities have little cost associated with them. Although Patriot Voices does not directly fund local grassroots activities, we do support you with resources for “Our Sacred Honor” parties, supplies for booths, etc. Other chapter costs will need to be incurred by your chapter members. If you have specific requests or questions, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
No matter where you live, there are people who believe in conservative principles. You just need to be resourceful and persistent! If you’re struggling with this, click here for tips on connecting and recruiting chapter members! And check in with your state chairs for their help and guidance.
Local chapters can be all sizes! Some have 3 or 4 and others have 100! It will depend on many factors: geographical location, growth potential, what kind of community you live in, how committed you are to growing and welcoming new members, and how active you want to be.
YES! We encourage this!
Candidate endorsements are made by our political action committee at the national staff level. Most of our endorsements will be for federal races (Congress and U.S. Senate). If you wish to recommend someone in your area for an endorsement, email our Political Director, Jessica Colon. As an individual, you are free to support candidates. However, you will need to be careful not to use your Patriot Voices title or chapter to support non-endorsed candidates. If you have any questions about this, contact Jessica Colon.
Yes, in fact we encourage it and recommend you carry them at all times! You never know when a networking opportunity will present itself. Here is a suggested format for you to use when creating your card. Here and here are files you can incorporate into your design.
Send an email and include your name, phone number, chapter name and location, your specific request (i.e. 20 palm cards, 2 signs), how you intend to use the resources, the date you need them by, and your shipping address. Once we receive your request, we will contact you as quickly as we can.
Yes. These grassroots activities are suggestions to help you get active in your community and make a difference. Just make sure your activities line up with the mission and values of Patriot Voices. At the beginning of your project/activity, check with your state leadership for their guidance. If you’d like to suggest an activity be added to our toolkit, send us an email.
Send us an email with your questions and we’ll be in touch soon! Include your name, the location of your chapter (or potential chapter) and your phone number.
